Resolved — Our monitoring systems indicate no outstanding connectivity issues. This issue is marked as resolved now.

Monitoring — Our engineers identified failed circuit and re-routed traffic via different node. All services should be back to normal now, however we will continue monitoring for any outstanding problems.

Investigating — We are currently aware of an connectivity issue affecting part of our infrastructure. This results in some inbound calls not connecting and customer web dashboard being not accessible. Our engineers are on site investigating as matter of priority.
